Assistance robot for the construction industry
We create construction robotics solutions. It includes the design and construction of multifunctional robot platforms for customer solutions.

URobot engineering solutions

Smart robotic platform

We have created a moving platform for intelligent robots equipped with AI. The robots independently map routes in space and perform tasks in it, completely eliminating human involvement. URobot is a versatile base with an integrated set of intelligent components for automation and robotisation of a wide variety of tasks.

Wide range of applications

Our robots can be adapted both for the construction site and for a host of domestic tasks, such as disinfecting rooms without human intervention. The smart URobot platform used not only for transporting materials but also for installing special equipment. As for operating, of course!

Autonomy and agility

Equipped with Mecanum's high-capacity batteries and wheels, the URobot can work for hours as in open areas as in tight spaces. The platform returns to the DOCK station for recharging before it is fully discharged.

URobot platform features
Agility
The basic model is built on a chassis with 4 independent drive wheels that provide outstanding mobility and ultimate freedom of movement. The robot is equipped with Mecanum wheels, which allow to turn on the spot, move diagonally or in a sideway with great precision for any places where standard wheels will not work.
Safety
The robot has a suite of sensors and cameras to ensure safe movement. The use of simultaneous localisation and mapping algorithms (SLAM) helps to locate robot itself. Even in spaces with complex geometry where robot still will avoid overlaping with human tracks

The robot's 360° vision allows it to navigate safely in all directions. URobot's artificial intelligence creates a local map and accurately positions the robot. The combination of cameras with depth sensors, ultrasonic sensors and IMU technology allows the robot to successfully navigate over any kind of a barriers.
Autonomy
The robot is able to navigate through complex spaces fully autonomously. It builds and updates a map "at every turn", locates itself precisely on it and finds the best route to complete its task.

Возможности:
  1. Autonomous route planning. Robot adjusts the route according to environment changeablility.
  2. Real-time barrier avoidance with moving objects recognition.
  3. Human detection/tracking for safe and efficient cooperation.
  4. Adaptive ambient light provides operations even in total darkness.

URobot charging station

Urobot Charge station

The robot's batteries provide up to 8 hours of continuous operation. When the battery is low URobot automaticly returns to the charging station.

Single station supports multicharging.

In case there is no cellullar coverage in the operating area URobot charging stations can provide connection via WiFi (both 2.4 and 5GHz bands).

A full charge cycle lasts 12 hours.

The charge indication on the station allows you to monitor the URobot's charging level.

Antero autonomous robot

A robotic solution for the construction site.

Antero Urobot

We believe that small Robots will change the construction sites in close perspective. They will be people' best partners. Idea is not to replace humans to robots but bring an intelligent assistant for the construction site.

  • Safe autonomous driving

No need to control the movement of the robot around the site. After receiving a task URobot will find a route automatically. Any collisions and falls will be avoided. It is safe for people.

  • Localisation on the BIM model

Our robots know where they are and continuously transmit location data to a digital model of your building.

  • Voice control

We strive to create the perfect construction site assistant. You can control the robot with your voice. Send him orders and ask him questions.

  • R2R mode1

The intelligent platform has several modes of interaction between a group of robots and can actively regulate the mode of movement to adapt the communication between them to the operational situation.

  • R2H mode2

We designed the robot with human interaction in mind. Antero has a lowered loading area height and can safely carry heavy loads in close proximity to personnel.

1 — Robot-to-Robot iteraction mode.

2 — Robot-to-Human iteraction mode.

Sampo autonomous robot

Small dimensions allows to move Sampo in a inner house space with a narrow doorways. This configuration allows to mount any functional plug-ins to the platform. It allows us to create a various disinfection solutions at home, in the office or in the warehouse.

Sampo Urobot

The URobot team has developed a UVC plug-in for room disinfection. This solution includes powerful UV lamps and an air recirculation system that effectively fights coronavirus and other pathogens.

The powerful UV lamp destroys the DNA structure of viruses and bacteria for all surfaces at a distance of 10 metres. An active recirculation system cleans indoor air and reduces the spread of infectious diseases and other types of harmful organic microorganisms in the environment.

About disinfection

Within the UV module URobot Sampo performs disinfection tasks to reduce the risk of infection from COVID-19 or other viruses and bacteria. UVC light kills up to 99% of viruses on exposed surfaces and in the air.

The 42W UVC lamps allow for 100 hours of disinfection.

The module has a safe operation algorithm. Before the start of the procedure, the system alerts people of the work to be performed. System smoothly lifts the lamp from the casing only after check that no one is around. Next it disinfects the surfaces in the room with ultraviolet 270 nm emission. This wavelength has the most powerful effect in a fight against coronavirus.

At the end of the operation, the robot generates a report with a map of the disinfected area and disinfection time.
